Agentify ("we," "us," or "our") operates the agentify.live website and personal AI agent service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you.
We collect your name, phone number, email address, and goals/preferences when you sign up for Agentify. We also collect usage data such as messages sent and received through our service.
Our website uses your browser's local storage (not third-party cookies) to remember an anonymous visitor ID and your session, so we can see which pages and buttons get used and improve the site. If you're a signed-in user, we also use local storage to remember your agent's settings (like name and notification preferences) between visits.
We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to understand which marketing efforts bring visitors to our site and lead them to sign up. These use small tracking scripts (Google's "gtag.js" and Meta's Pixel/"fbevents.js") that may set cookies in your browser. This tracking only activates after you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, no tracking cookies are set and these scripts do not load. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. To power your agent's responses, Agentify routes your requests through a small number of leading AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others). These providers process your requests under their own commercial API terms, which generally restrict them from using your data to train their models. We do not use your conversations to train our own models, and we do not sell your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
