Program name: Agentify Personal AI Agent
Description: Agentify sends automated SMS messages to users who have opted in to receive AI agent check-ins, onboarding updates, account notifications, and customer support responses.
Message frequency: Varies based on your usage and subscription plan. Typically 1–5 messages per day.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
For help: Reply HELP to any message or email support@agentify.live.
Supported carriers: All major US carriers.
You must be 18 years or older to use Agentify. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Agentify offers monthly subscription plans. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Agentify is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
